McKissack & McKissack is hiring an Associate VP for Electric Infrastructure & Power Delivery in Washington, DC. You will manage key utility client relationships, drive growth plans, and expand services across regions.

The role demands extensive travel and leadership across program and construction management domains. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of infrastructure experience, strong communication, and established utility connections in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, energy systems, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing electric infrastructure projects, programs, or capital portfolios.
• Proven track record with electric transmission, substations, distribution systems, grid modernization, or utility programs.
• PE, PMP, CCM, or equivalent credentials; existing relationships with utilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior relationship manager for utility clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electric Infrastructure & Power Delivery.
• Lead pursuit strategy, capture planning, and client presentations.
• Represent McKissack at utility industry conferences and client events.
• Coordinate resources across regional offices to support client needs.
