JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking anAssociate VP, DHIP - Network Development, Western NC Region to be asenior lead within Duke Health Integrated Practice (DHIP), a member of Duke Health. This position is responsible for driving the strategic development, integration, and operational execution of DHIP’s provider network and ambulatory infrastructure across Western North Carolina—including Lake Norman, Charlotte, and surrounding markets. Reporting to the VP Growth and Network Development, this role serves as an in-market leader to build trust with local physician groups, manage key partnerships, and accelerate clinical expansion aligned with Duke Health’s growth goals.
The AVP partners closely with leaders across the Network and Growth team, Ambulatory Operations, Clinicians Services, and system executives to ensure coordinated execution of new site development, acquisitions, recruitment strategies, and regional integration.
