Job summary

New York Technology Partners is seeking an ambitious visual designer at the early-career stage to shape digital products and experiences across banking, healthcare, retail, transportation, and other large-scale industries in New York.

You’ll join a growing studio with mentorship from senior designers and a real opportunity to influence its creative culture, taking work from concepts through production and launch while exploring new tools and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience or a strong portfolio from a recent graduate.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, spacing, color, composition, and visual design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates taste, craft, and a distinct point of view.

Responsibilities

• Design screens, layouts, components, iconography, motion studies, and pitch materials.
• Work with typography, color, design systems, and visual direction.
• Contribute to client products and new-business work.
• Take work from early concepts through production and launch.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, creative leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Use generative AI tools for exploration, ideation, and visual development.
