Job summary

BNY Mellon’s Design Accelerator in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Vice President, Product Designer to partner across engineering, product, and research to shape and deliver complex digital experiences. You will frame problems, map journeys, prototype, and communicate decisions while elevating design quality and patterns across teams.

Five or more years of relevant experience and a portfolio are expected. Experience with AI-enabled design and good judgment to balance user needs with technical realities

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital products with complex workflows.
• Ability to conduct or partner on discovery and turn insights into design direction.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design of complex systems.
• Strong communication of reasoning and design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and frame problems through research, data, and conversations.
