Job summary

Culpeper Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our compassionate, 3-doctor team in Culpeper, Virginia. We offer a supportive practice where your skills and voice are valued, with a focus on work-life balance and community ties.

Expect a full-time schedule (3–4 days per week with minimal Saturdays), a competitive base salary ($120,000 - $140,000) with no negative accrual, sign-on bonus, CE allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM required from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Virginia.
• Experience in companion animal practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care for companion animals.
• Collaborate with a 3-doctor team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
• Engage with clients to discuss diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
