We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our privately owned, locally operated small animal general practice in the Charlotte, NC metro area Town of Pineville.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree
  • Valid North Carolina veterinary license
  • DEA registration in good standing prior to employment
  • Clinical proficiency in small animal medicine (primarily canine and feline), including physical exams, diagnostics, treatment planning for common conditions, surgery, and dentistry
  • Comfort with medical record‑keeping
  • Commitment to professional development, staying current with standards of care
Work‑Life Balance

Full‑time schedule: 4 days per week.

Doctor hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, lunch 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM.

Hospital hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

One Saturday every other month.

No evening shifts.

No holiday hours.

Part‑time scheduling is flexible and can be discussed.
