Job summary
Animal Medical Centre of Greensboro in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced DVM to join our collaborative doctor team. We offer a diverse caseload with wellness, internal medicine, surgery, urgent care, and occasional exotic cases.
You will have opportunities to perform soft-tissue surgeries and build flexible schedules for urgent cases. We value your voice in shaping the practice, developing areas of medicine you’re passionate about, and strengthening client relationships as we grow
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous presentation with staff and clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities
- Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose disease or injury.
- Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret results.
- Advise owners on preventative care and treatment options.
- Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed.
- Provide end-of-life care counseling.
- Maintain patients' medical records.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and regulations.
