Job summary

Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital in Illinois is seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinarian to join our team in South Barrington. You will care for pets across life stages, perform routine and advanced procedures, and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to compassionate care.

We offer a progressive compensation model with base salary plus production, no negative accrual, and opportunities for leadership toward Medical Director or a clinical Associate path.

Qualifications

• DVM / VMD degree required.
• Active State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the hire state.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain DEA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Care for pets across all life stages and build lasting client relationships.
• Perform routine and advanced veterinary procedures.
• Collaborate with a skilled support team to deliver high-quality care.
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options and outcomes.
• Possibly pursue a leadership pathway toward Medical Director, or remain in a clinical Associate role.
