A well-established partner hospital in Waycross, GA is seeking a passionate and relationship-driven Associate Veterinarian to join their caring and professional team. Located near the scenic Okefenokee Swamp Wildlife Refuge, this practice offers a unique blend of small-town charm and access to nature—just 75 miles from Jacksonville, FL.
Provide medical care with a relationship-centered approach
Collaborate with a supportive multi-doctor team and experienced support staff
Engage with the local community and promote the clinic’s values and services
Mentor and help develop staff through the LevelUp training program
Manage a dynamic caseload, including routine appointments, diagnostics, and surgeries
DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited college (or equivalent via ECFVG/PAVE)
Licensed (or able to become licensed) to practice in Georgia
Open to veterinarians at all levels of experience — including new graduates
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to high-quality veterinary care and client service
Advanced diagnostics: Digital x-rays, ultrasound, and surgical laser
Feline-friendly certified with a patient- and client-centered philosophy
Active community presence in the Waycross region
Flexible compensation structure (Salary or ProSal with no negative accrual)
