A progressive partner hospital in Gastonia, NC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join its close-knit, community-focused team. This practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, modern veterinary care using advanced technology such as cold/therapy laser, ultrasound, and digital x-rays, all within a Fear-Free Certified environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care including diagnostics, surgery, and wellness visits

  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff using a relationship-centered approach

  • Build lasting relationships with clients and the local Gastonia/Charlotte community

  • Support staff development through participation in training programs

  • Active NC veterinary license or ability to obtain one
