A partner hospital in Clinton Township, MI, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their team. Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including routine spays/neuters, soft tissue surgeries, and emergency procedures.
  • Provide excellent pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure the best outcomes for all patients.
  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver the highest level of care.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners, explaining surgical procedures, risks, and recovery plans.
  • Stay current with advancements in veterinary surgery and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere within the clinic.
Ideal Candidate:
  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree.
  • Strong interest in and experience with surgical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in performing surgery in a veterinary setting is preferred.
