Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will:
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on a wide range of animals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Administer medications and treatments to animals.
- Perform surgeries and provide anesthesia when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, educating them about their pets’ health and providing treatment options.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in California (or have the ability to obtain licensure).
- Possess a compassionate and patient-centered approach to working with animals and clients.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to educate clients effectively.
