Full time Associate Veterinarian - Now Hiring + Great Sign - On Bonus + Amazing Salary - Foley, AL

A partner hospital in Foley, AL, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic, multi-doctor small animal practice. This is a great opportunity to work with both small animals and exotics in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with cold/therapy laser and surgical laser technology. The clinic promotes work-life balance, offering flexible schedules, no weekend shifts, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in a variety of species, including exotics
  • Prescribe medications and treatments tailored to patients’ needs
  • Perform surgeries and dental procedures, utilizing advanced equipment
  • Provide client education on pet care and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to manage a varying caseload during open hours
  • Engage with leadership and team members to foster a positive work environment

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state of Alabama (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, particularly with small animals and exotics
  • Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to team engagement
