Full time Associate Veterinarian - Now Hiring + Exciting Compensation + Flexible Schedules - Orlando, FL / Winter Haven, FL

A highly regarded partner hospital in Orlando, FL /Winter Haven, FL is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic team. This multi-doctor practice, AAHA accredited and recently voted as one of America's Best Animal Hospitals by Newsweek (2025), offers state-of-the-art facilities and an exceptional work environment. The hospital is equipped with 6 exam rooms, digital & dental radiographs, ultrasound, a surgical laser, and a dedicated surgery suite, providing cutting-edge diagnostic services and treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with professionalism, trust, and respect in all aspects of veterinary care
  • Support the development of staff members through the company’s LevelUp clinical training program
  • Promote the human-animal bond by providing outstanding client experiences
  • Manage multiple patients and varying priorities within allotted timeframes
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
  • Prescribe medication and develop treatment plans
  • Conduct surgeries and dental procedures
  • Educate and communicate with clients about their pets' health and well-being

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in Florida (or the ability to obtain licensure)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Comfort with performing a variety of tasks, including surgery, diagnostics, and patient care
