Job summary

North Bay Animal Hospital in Lynn Haven, FL is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a three-doctor, small animal practice in a brand-new facility. You’ll work with a supportive team and enjoy autonomy to practice high-quality medicine.

Base salary is $130,000–$150,000 plus production, with up to $50,000 sign-on, no weekends, no on-call or emergency hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including CE, licensure support, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited program.
• Active Florida veterinary license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to provide high-quality medical and surgical care.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care for companion animals.
• Perform exams, diagnostics, routine surgeries, and develop treatment plans.
• Interpret lab results and imaging to guide patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to deliver care.
