A well-established partner hospital is seeking a passionateAssociate Veterinarian to join their team in Waycross, GA. This clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional care for animals and building lasting relationships with both patients and clients. Located near the Okefenokee Swamp Wildlife Refuge, Waycross offers small-town charm with proximity to Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship-Based Care: Serve patients and clients by fostering strong relationships and providing compassionate care.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work alongside a multi-doctor team, engaging with leadership and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships within the practice and the Waycross community to strengthen the clinic’s impact.
  • Mentorship and Development: Encourage the growth of support staff members through the clinic’s LevelUp training program.
  • Caseload Management: Handle a varying caseload, including performing surgeries and managing appointments during open hours.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • Education: DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college, or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program.
  • Licensing: Active license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in Georgia (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Experience: Ideal for veterinarians of all experience levels, including new graduates.
