Full time Associate Veterinarian - New Opportunity + Sign-On Bonus + Excellent Salary - Islamorada, FL

A well-established AAHA-accredited hospital in Islamorada, FL, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and collaborative team. Located between Key Largo and Marathon, this beautiful Florida Keys location offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive clinic and live in a world-class coastal community.

The hospital is fully equipped with digital full-body and dental radiology, ultrasound, surgical laser, and cold/therapy laser, allowing for advanced care and confident diagnostics.

???? Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures including anesthesia management

  • Communicate clearly with clients about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care

  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care

  • Mentor and support staff through the LevelUp clinical training program

  • Manage a variety of cases, from routine wellness visits to complex surgeries

Qualifications:
  • DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited college (or completion of the ECFVG/PAVE program)

  • Valid Florida veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

  • Passion for continuous learning and high-quality patient care
