Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will:

  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals, including dogs, cats, and other species.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to provide high-quality care.
  • Administer medications and treatments in line with each animal's needs.
  • Perform surgical procedures and provide anesthesia when required.
  • Engage in client communication, offering clear advice and guidance on health and treatment options.
Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in California (or have the ability to obtain licensure).
  • Possess a compassionate approach to working with animals and clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Have excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and coworkers.
