Full time Associate Veterinarian - New Opportunity + Sign-On Bonus - Montgomery, AL

A partner hospital located in Montgomery, AL, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its multi-doctor, small animal practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian interested in working with both small animals and exotics, in a practice equipped with advanced technology, including endoscopy and ultrasound. The clinic offers customizable work schedules and promotes work-life balance, with shortened Saturday hours and a daily hour-long lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the practice and the local Montgomery community
  • Support the growth and development of support staff through the clinic’s internal LevelUp training program
  • Manage a varied caseload, including performing surgeries and appointments during open hours
  • Consult with clients to educate them on their pets’ health and provide treatment plans

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state of Alabama (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • Strong ability to provide comprehensive veterinary care, with a focus on both small animal and exotic species
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and the team
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to animals
