A well-established partner hospital in Odessa, Florida is actively seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its AAHA-accredited and community-focused team. This modern practice serves the greater Tampa/Odessa area and is equipped with advanced tools, including digital and dental radiography, offering top-tier care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Deliver compassionate, relationship-centered veterinary care
Perform physical exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and create treatment plans
Communicate clearly with clients regarding their pets’ health and needs
Collaborate closely with a skilled clinical team and leadership
Support the growth of support staff through the LevelUp internal training program
Manage a dynamic caseload across general wellness, appointments, and procedures
Engage with and foster lasting relationships within the Odessa/Tampa community
DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)
Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills and client service focus
Comfortable with general surgery, diagnostics, and team-based care
Committed to ongoing learning and collaborative work
