Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Medical Care: Perform physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, surgeries, and dental procedures for small animal patients.

  • Client Communication: Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients regarding treatment options, diagnoses, and preventive care.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Help foster a respectful, team-first culture while contributing to support staff development via the LevelUp clinical training program.

  • Caseload Management: Handle a dynamic caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.

  • Community Engagement: Support partnerships with local shelters and humane societies to provide care to underserved animals.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program or completion of the ECFVG/PAVE certification.

  • Experience: Clinical skills in small animal medicine, surgery, and dentistry. All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
