Our partners in the Sacramento area are looking for their next Associate Veterinarian to join a close-knit, supportive team in a beautifully remodeled, modern hospital.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a new or recent graduate to step into a full-service facility with all the tools needed to practice progressive medicine — digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house labs, and more — all in a setting designed to foster learning and growth.

You’ll be joining a team led by a highly experienced owner-DVM with over 30 years of leadership and mentorship experience. With 2 DVMs and a support team of 16 including RVTs, vet assistants, and a full client care staff, this hospital offers a collaborative, team-focused environment where you’ll be guided and supported every step of the way.

• Privately owned, standalone hospital in Sacramento, CA
• Completely remodeled and purpose-built, with 6 exam rooms and separate dental/surgical suites
• Fully equipped with digital X-ray, dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house labs, and more
• 30-minute appointments with dedicated technician support
• 4-day workweek, no after-hours, no emergencies, and no weekends!

About You

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent (recent grads welcome!)
• Licensed or eligible to practice in California
• Eager to learn and grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Committed to delivering excellent patient care and client communication
• Passionate about becoming a well-rounded, confident veterinarian
• Competitive base salary of up to $150,000 depending on experience
• Generous PTO with no production make-up required
• CE allowance with 24 hours of additional PTO exclusively for continuing education
• 401(k) with company match
