Job Requirements:

To ensure that our team maintains the high standards of care we are known for, we have the following job requirements:

DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
Current Massachusetts veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively with our team
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience in small animal practice is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
Compassion and empathy for both animals and their owners
Willingness to continue education and pursue professional development
Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain a smooth workflow
Ability to handle emergency and routine cases in a calm and efficient manner
Proficiency in basic veterinary procedures, diagnostics, and treatments
