Job summary

An AAHA-accredited, veterinarian-owned small animal hospital in Seattle, WA is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a growing team. The practice emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence while offering a state-of-the-art facility for dogs and cats.

Full-time hours are four 10-hour shifts weekly with rotating weekends and dedicated surgery days. New graduates receive tailored mentorship, shadowing, and structured clinical development for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold the degree and licenses needed to work as a veterinarian in the USA.
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain a state license.
• Must have the right to work in the USA or obtain a visa if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, surgical, and preventative care for dogs and cats.
• Work four 10-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and dedicated surgery days.
• Participate in mentorship and structured clinical development for new graduates.
