Job summary

Parkway at the Shore is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team and provide medical and surgical care for pets. The role includes maintaining client relationships, preparing accurate medical records, and presenting treatment estimates in a timely manner.

As part of the NVA network, you will contribute to hospital leadership and collaborate with a dedicated team across locations, delivering compassionate care and high-quality veterinary services.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be AVMA‑accredited or have passed ECFVG/PAVE.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication.
• Interpersonal skills and veterinary knowledge.
• Basic business practices and accounting understanding.
• Functional computer skills and typing ability.
• Ability to think clearly, decide quickly, and follow directions.
• Ability to train and support colleagues and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical care in exam room and hospital.
• Maintain accurate medical records and present client estimates.
• Support hospital leadership and the NVA team.
• Foster client relationships and effective communication.
