Bevlab Animal Hospital in Blue Island, IL, is a full-service clinic serving the community for nearly 40 years, built around synergy, positivity and compassion. We provide small animal care, soft tissue surgery, dentals, diagnostics, and in-house lab services.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, one hour lunch, generous CE support, PTO, and a strong team culture backed by competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AVMA-accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program.
• Illinois licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure before start.
• Strong medical knowledge and soft tissue surgical skills.
• Professional communication with team and clients.
• Strong decision-making and time-management skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide small animal wellness exams and diagnosis.
• Perform vaccinations, dental procedures, soft tissue surgery and diagnostics.
• Administer and monitor controlled substances.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as mentor to technical support staff.
• Build rapport with clients and explain home care.
