Job Overview

Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital is seeking a full‑time Veterinarian to join our team in South Barrington, IL. The role offers opportunities for clinical practice and potential advancement to Medical Director or a long‑term Associate role.

Expectations & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care across anatomy, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery.
• Manage a diverse caseload of routine and advanced procedures in a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with a skilled support team and communicate effectively with clients.
• Participate in hospital quality and safety initiatives.
• Mentor or train as part of Thrive's educational programs (optional but valued).

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Compensation

Annual PROSAL full‑time range starting at $120,000–$140,000 per year, negotiable based on credentials and experience.
