Job description

Full Time Veterinarian Position:

1. Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 based on experience
2. Compensation: Production based on 20% services/inventory, 5% preventatives; willing to discuss straight salary
3. Additional Benefits: No Negative Accrual, No Non-Compete Clause, Health Insurance (currently with BCBS), 401(k) with 4% matching, Licenses paid (AVMA, DEA, PA), CE allotment of $2000, 1 week vacation per year, increasing to 3 weeks after 2 years, Personal Pet Discounts, Mentoring from experienced veterinarians, On-site boarding facilities
4. Work Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday-Friday) with rotating Saturday schedule (8-12); surgeries are performed but not required
5. Staffing: Vet:Tech/Assistant ratio minimum of 1:2

Additional Information: Multiple ER/Specialist hospitals within 20 mins to 1 hour, willing to discuss complicated cases; state-of-the-art equipment including digital radiographs, ultrasound, modern anesthetic monitoring, vessel sealing, cold laser, in-house diagnostics, and Cornerstone PIMS system
