Job summary

Atlas Consultancy Group Ltd in Federal Way, WA is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a doctor-led, technician-forward practice offering full-time or part-time schedules, with a collaborative team and a ProSal compensation model.

The clinic provides in-house radiography, ultrasound, and an on-site lab, with access to a boarded surgeon and a visiting imaging specialist. You will mentor staff and support preventive care.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in Washington State.
• Active DEA license in good standing.
• Passionate about accessible, client focused veterinary care.
• Comfortable working closely with and mentoring veterinary technicians.
• Strong communicator with pet owners and support staff.
• Open to a supportive, technician forward practice model.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine wellness and illness exams and guide treatment plans.
• Mentor and supervise the technician team in daily operations.
• Provide clinical guidance and consultation for pets and their owners.
