Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from AVMA-accredited college or international equivalent.
• Active Arizona veterinary license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Successfully completed NAVLE licensing exam.
• Commitment to evidence-based veterinary medicine.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and client service.

Responsibilities

• Practice in small animal general medicine with emphasis on preventive care.
• Perform dentistry, dermatology, urgent care, and internal medicine tasks as needed.
• Provide client education and build lasting relationships with pets and families.
• Participate in surgery and end-of-life care discussions as applicable.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient workflows and high-quality care.
• Engage in mentorship and continuous learning within the clinic.
