West Side Animal Clinic in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our team. We offer flexible full- or part-time schedules, mentorship for new graduates, and a supportive hospital environment focused on high-quality patient care.

As part of Western Veterinary Partners, you will perform wellness exams, diagnostics, soft tissue surgeries, dentistry, and client education, with strong collaboration from a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio
• Strong interest in small animal medicine and surgery
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and client service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Perform wellness exams and preventive care services
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
• Develop treatment plans and communicate recommendations to clients
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures
• Interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory work and imaging
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Build long-term relationships with clients through education and communication
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
