Job summary

IndeVets offers veterinarians a full-time W-2 employment model with a guaranteed salary and scheduling support across partner hospitals. You can choose the days you work, with a biweekly salary, comprehensive benefits, and dedicated scheduling assistance to support your life outside the clinic.

You’ll practice across a network of hospitals, gaining diverse clinical experience in a structure designed to prevent burnout while offering leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• Active license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
