Western Veterinary Partners is seeking Associate Veterinarians (DVM) to join our growing Dallas–Fort Worth area teams. We welcome both new graduates and experienced veterinarians, offering mentorship and a path to professional growth.

We provide multiple hospital environments, strong support, and autonomy to practice high‑quality medicine. Compensation includes base salary, production, and a comprehensive benefits package, with relocation and leadership opportunities at select locations.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD graduate from AVMA-accredited school.
• Licensed to practice in Texas or eligible for Texas licensure.
• NAVLE certification.
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
• Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships with clients.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Committed to practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine.
• Eager to continue learning and developing clinical skills.
