Grand Park Animal Hospital in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We are an independently owned small-animal practice offering strong compensation with work-life balance, including a high guaranteed base salary and production-based pay.

We provide a 4-day workweek option, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team focused on high-quality medicine and client relationships.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree
• Current California veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong medical and diagnostic skills
• Good communication skills
• Compassionate patient care
• Ability to work well with veterinary technicians and support staff
• Experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide general small-animal medical and surgical care, including wellness and preventive care
• Diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions
• Vaccinations
• General surgery
• Dentistry
• Diagnostic interpretation
• Treatment planning
• Client communication and education
• Follow-up patient care
• Experience with USDA APHIS / VEHCS or USDA accreditation is a plus
