• DVM or equivalent with an active license.

• Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills across companion animal practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Collaborates effectively in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
• Ability to lift and handle animals up to 130 pounds and work in a dynamic clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care and exceptional service to pets and clients while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
• Practice medicine in compliance with state and federal laws and maintain complete medical records.
• Perform diagnostic workups, establish histories and physical exams, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and perform surgeries, dental procedures, and other therapies as needed.
• Effectively communicate diagnoses and home care instructions to clients and the veterinary team.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of treatment, exam, and lab areas, and support a positive hospital environment.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and participate in team meetings.
