Community Cat Clinic in Duluth, GA

Providing quality, affordable care for pet and community cats.

Associate Veterinary Position Available

Community Cat Clinic, an independent (non-corporate owned) facility in Duluth, GA, is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic associate veterinarian to join our team. Our unique enterprise aims to ensure access to veterinary care for all cats. We operate a low-stress, fear-free practice with a team-based, patient-centered approach and affordable pricing to reach more feline families.

We value work-life balance, offering a four-day work week, a competitive salary, profit sharing, insurance, CE opportunities, paid vacation, and a 401K. We cover dues for state and national association memberships, provide PLIT reimbursement, support fear-free certification, and membership in the AAFP. No after-hours or emergency calls. Our team also enjoys eight paid holidays annually and a paid week off between Christmas and New Year’s.

Our services include veterinary care, dentistry, soft tissue surgeries, and sterilizations for both pet and feral cats, serving families and animal welfare organizations.

We are committed to helping families with their feline veterinary needs and seek a compassionate, empathetic veterinarian. We understand the challenges of veterinary medicine and aim to make practice joyful by allowing you to focus on medicine while our client support team handles financial planning.

About Community Cat Clinic

The Duluth location celebrates its one-year anniversary in June 2025 and features a state-of-the-art feline-only facility with the latest equipment, including Heska Cuattro digital radiography, in-house lab, Midmark digital dental radiograph, nitrogen-driven dental tools, ICU cages, endoscope, and sonogram. We are open to adding equipment based on our veterinary team's interests.

Our sister location in Woodstock, GA, opened in June 2023, and we are now expanding to add a third veterinarian in Duluth.

Joining our team allows you to provide excellent care with top-tier resources while maintaining your individual style and medical autonomy. We emphasize a team approach and patient-centered care, fostering a culture of learning, respect, and compassionate service.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be capable of multitasking and supervising technicians. Veterinarians interested in training and mentoring certified veterinary technicians will be vital to our success. You will have the medical freedom to practice your skills or explore new areas, with training available in dentistry, high-volume spay/neuter, soft tissue surgery, and more.
