A partner hospital in League City, TX is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking to provide high-quality care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What to Expect:

  • Opportunities to provide comprehensive care, including surgery, dentistry, and preventive medicine.
  • Work with small animals, including dogs, cats, and other small pets, to provide compassionate care and treatment.
  • Strong client communication—working closely with pet owners to ensure they understand their pets’ health needs and treatment plans.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to small animals, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries.
  • Perform surgeries and other medical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Conduct dental procedures and provide preventive care (vaccines, parasite control, etc.).
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on diagnostic results and patient needs.
  • Communicate with clients, educating them on their pets' health and maintaining long-term relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
  • DVM degree with the ability to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a small animal practice (new grads are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in surgery, dentistry, and preventive care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and team members.
