Job description

Looking for an outstanding veterinarian to join our COVC family. Our AAHA-accredited small animal practice focuses on building strong relationships with clients and team members while providing top veterinary care for our patients.

Our practice was selected as one of America’s Best Animal Hospitals 2025 by Newsweek! We are located near The Villages, Florida, and are equipped with a full laboratory, surgery suite, digital radiology (including dental), ultrasound, and more.

We offer a positive environment with a strong culture designed to prevent burnout. Our compensation packages are competitive and include student loan repayment assistance. We do not have emergency hours.

COVC participates in FDA-approved clinical trials. Our goal is for clients to leave assured that we care for their family members with compassion, the highest standards, and the best of our abilities—because we genuinely want to make a difference.
