Bear Valley Animal Hospital located in Apple Valley, CA is currently seeking an additional Associate Veterinarian to join our wonderful team! We have a great support team and state of the art technology with a team of highly experienced doctors. Our hospital is a full-service pet hospital that offers comprehensive medical services for dogs and cats in Apple Valley and the surrounding high desert area. From preventive care and wellness exams to specialized surgeries, our broad and varied service offerings can meet all of our patients' healthcare needs in one place. Our ideal candidate will have some experience and can work a Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN Relief. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for work-life balance & seeking a great team environment!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality veterinary care to our patients.
  2. Conduct wellness exams and preventive care.
  3. Perform surgeries and other medical procedures.
  4. Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets' health.
  5. Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

  1. DVM or equivalent degree.
  2. Some experience in veterinary practice preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
