Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care for animals, including performing examinations, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Perform surgeries and other procedures with precision and care.
- Consult with clients about their pets’ health, offering recommendations and educating them on preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients to ensure continuity of care.
Ideal Candidate:
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Active license to practice veterinary medicine in Virginia.
- Experience in general practice, surgery, and emergency medicine is highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic skills, with the ability to make informed medical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and the team.
- A passion for veterinary medicine and commitment to providing high-quality care.
