About All Pet Animal Hospital

Since 1989, All Pet Animal Hospital has provided compassionate care to Gibsonia’s dogs, cats, exotics, and small mammals. As one of the area's largest exotic and poultry clinics, we offer wellness, sick visits, surgery— including orthopedics —and advanced diagnostics like a new ultrasound. Our spacious facility features separate areas for each species and supports a collaborative, learning-focused team culture. We keep things fun with weekly games and stay community-minded through rescue partnerships. Just outside Pittsburgh, we’re surrounded by loyal sports fans and local favorites like Primanti Brothers and Pittsburgh salads.
