WellHaven Pet Health in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Associate DVM to join our hospital team. You will deliver high-quality veterinary care, manage client communications, and support staff development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required and current license in the applicable state(s).
• USDA accreditation is a plus reflecting broad tolerance for federal requirements.
• Ability to manage client communication and team coordination in a fast-paced hospital.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality patient care and safe, compassionate service.
• Adhere to WellHaven protocols and supervise staff to meet hospital goals.
• Collaborate with Principal Doctor to establish development plans.
• Maintain medical records accurately and in compliance with laws.
• Provide client communication and education across in-person, phone, and email.
• Lead community outreach and hospital projects as needed.
• Support training of staff and new graduates.
