Starwood Equine Veterinary Services is expanding in Northern California! Join a team that is reshaping the business model of equine practice.

Starwood Equine Veterinary Services, Inc. is a full-service, six doctor equine ambulatory practice that services many of Northern California’s preeminent equine communities. We provide thorough, consistent, comprehensive veterinary care and health management planning services to our discerning and committed clientele.

We emphasize collaboration within the practice and with owners, riders, trainers, and equine specialists to optimize our patients’ performance prevent their injuries, and maintain their overall wellness. Our patient base is predominantly performance horse with a healthy balance of pleasure horse and retired equines.

To help provide the level of care that our clients have come to expect, all of our high-end work vehicles are fully equipped with top-of-the-line diagnostic and therapeutic equipment (wireless digital radiography, digital gastroscopy, ultrasound, regenerative medicine, and laser therapy to name a few). We boast an industry-leading electronic record system that minimizes paperwork and allows us ready access through the cloud, and affords convenience for our clients.

We are seeking a qualified DVM with 2+ years of experience who is comfortable with all aspects of general practice, including emergency and dentistry. Additional certification in rehabilitation, acupuncture, and/or chiropractic is a plus. The ideal candidate enjoys working to improve, prides themselves on excellence, but doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
