Introduction

This established general practice hospital in Vancouver, Washington is hiring for a Veterinarian to join its team. Located in the Mill Plain area of Vancouver, the practice provides quality and attentive health and wellness care for dogs and cats, with a strong focus on preventative medicine and long-term patient wellbeing. Role Description and Responsibilities

The Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care with a strong emphasis on preventative medicine and wellness care for dogs and cats. Responsibilities include wellness examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, client education, and developing lasting relationships with clients and their pets. The role also involves collaborating closely with teammates to foster a positive and dynamic hospital culture while delivering high-quality patient care. Veterinarians are encouraged to practice medicine in a way that reflects their individual expertise while contributing to the continued development of the profession.

Practice Details

The hospital provides general veterinary services focused on preventative care and long-term patient wellness for canine and feline patients. Veterinarians benefit from flexible scheduling, dedicated coaching support, continuing education opportunities, and resources designed to support both professional development and personal wellbeing. The practice encourages clinical autonomy while providing access to extensive educational and career development resources. Hospital hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:30am to 6:00pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so

Salary up to $170,000 (Annual)
