Job description

Associate Veterinarian (Full-Time) – Surgery Opportunity | Veterinarian-Owned Practice

Join a collaborative, veterinarian-owned small animal practice where mentorship, serving our community and work-life balance are priorities. We are looking for a compassionate veterinarian who enjoys building relationships with clients and wants the opportunity to grow their medical and surgical skills in a supportive team environment.

Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian, or a new graduate seeking mentorship, we are committed to helping you succeed.

About SAVA Animal Hospital

SAVA Animal Hospital is a veterinarian‑owned small animal practice focused on collaborative care, hands‑on mentorship, delivering high quality medicine and surgery, and serving our local pet community.

We believe in investing in our team and our hospital. Along with mentorship, we provide all team members with CE opportunities and routinely provide additional funding for our doctors to grow their dental, surgical, diagnostic, and medical skills.

Our hospital is equipped with:
  • Digital radiography
  • In‑house diagnostics
  • Modern surgical and dental monitoring equipment
  • Therapeutic laser
  • Ultrasound
  • Cloud‑based practice management software

Our veterinarians are supported by experienced technicians (2-3 support staff per doctor) so doctors can focus on practicing medicine rather than administrative tasks.

When it comes to our team culture, we believe empathy is just as important as expertise, and we celebrate the joys and challenges of veterinary medicine together.
