Job summary

Atlas Consultancy Group, on behalf of an established small animal general practice in Avenel, NJ, seeks an Associate Veterinarian to join a team with a loyal client base and a busy, varied caseload of wellness visits, sick visits, and surgery.

You will work with a strong 2-to-1 support staff ratio, access in-house lab, ultrasound, digital radiology, dental radiology, a therapeutic laser, and collaboration with a visiting orthopedic surgeon and ultrasonographer.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited university allowing practice in the US.
• Licensed or eligible for New Jersey licensure.

• Established small animal general practice with more than 30 years in the community
• Busy, varied caseload across wellness, sick visits, and surgery, around 15 appointments a day
• Strong 2 to 1 support staff to doctor ratio with a widely skilled team
• Well equipped with therapeutic laser, in house lab, ultrasound, and digital radiology
• Dental radiology on site, plus a visiting orthopedic surgeon and ultrasonographer
• Genuine medical autonomy with strong technician and leadership support
• Flexible scheduling with a real focus on work life balance

About You
