Come join our family at Wayside Animal Hospital in the beautiful, North Georgia Mountains! We are privately owned by a practicing veterinarian with over 20 years of veterinary ownership and management experience. Our practice is growing, so we need more veterinarians to join our team! We now have 3 locations (Jasper, Marble Hill, and a brand new state-of-the-art hospital in Ellijay), and this position's location is negotiable. We are a mixed-animal practice and we have 2-3 openings for small animal vets or mixed animal vets. We have both part time and full time opportunities. We offer a variety of services, including Orthopedics and Rehabilitation (acupuncture, chiropractic, laser therapy and physical therapy), sick and wellness exam, soft tissue surgery, general surgery, dental care, digital imaging, sonography, emergency/critical care, puppy/kitten care, behavioral management, nutrition counseling, diagnostics, and hospice/euthanasia.
