Tehachapi Veterinary Hospital in Tehachapi, CA, a four-doctor practice, seeks a veterinarian to join our team. We offer a comprehensive facility with in-house diagnostics, radiology, ultrasonography, and a surgical suite. Compensation is negotiable with a PROSAL full-time range starting at $130,000/year.
Open Monday–Friday 8:00 am–6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. DVM or equivalent required; active state license and DEA eligibility preferred.
Tehachapi Veterinary Hospital is deeply rooted in the local community and we are looking for a veterinarian to join our 4 doctor practice. We are a small animal practice located in Tehachapi focusing on routine check-ups, vaccinations, non-urgent illness exams, emergency cases come and limited orthopedics. Our hospital has a close, experienced team with a high patient volume and committed client base. We pride ourselves on evolving with our profession and fostering an environment that supports our hospital’s core values.

Our hospital consists of a complete in-house diagnostic lab, digital radiology (including dental radiology), ultrasonography, and a complete surgical suite.We currently have four veterinarians, and an incredible support staff.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $130,000/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.
Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
