Sutton Road Animal Hospital is a full service, 2 doctor small animal practice located in Streamwood, IL. We have been a local institution for over 50 years.
We are seeking a full-time or part-time veterinarian to join our family. We have an amazing staff, great clients, and phenomenal patients. We believe in practicing medicine tailored to the client and patient. We follow the most up to date vaccine and medical guidelines. We love new grads and not so new grads as well. We offer great mentorship – surgery days with our medical director and weekly rounds to go over cases. We encourage feedback and love to try new things. Our team believes in fostering a learning environment for staff and doctors. Each doctor is encouraged to practice freely we will give you the time, knowledge and tools you need to succeed such as CE, mentorship, and flexible scheduling. You are empowered to decide how long you need for appointments and surgeries. We have ultrasound, digital radiographs, dental digital radiographs, soft tissue surgery, some orthopedic surgery, surgical monitoring and support, therapeutic laser therapy, inhouse Idexx lab with Sedivue, and Cornerstone EMR. We offer our patients full abdominal ultrasound and have a traveling ultrasonographic for echocardiograms with a cardiologist. We always off referral to board specialists but are also not afraid to tackle more complex surgeries/cases when referral is not an option.
