Job description

We are looking for a part time or full time associate to join our AAHA accredited and Fear Free certified privately owned practice. See two appointments per hour, no double booking, we never stay late. Surgery/dentals optional. Open 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays. We have a spacious building with 4 large exam rooms, X-ray room, lab, dental suite and surgery suite. Currently a single doctor practice with 4 CVTs. Equipment includes full idexx in-house lab, digital X-rays, digital dental X-rays, ultrasound, rigid and flexible vetovation endoscope, class IV cold laser, calibration-free tonopen, and we use Ezyvet software and PetDesk. We do not declaw, or do any other cosmetic procedures. Mentoring plan available if desired. Located in Northeast PA near Scranton.

Salary: $110,000-120,000 base plus production bonuses. No negative accrual. To only make the base you need to produce $440,000-480,000/year. If, for example, you produce additional $100,000 per year, your bonuses will equal approximately $25,000 per year (paid quarterly).
